Service Description

If you need the MP3 file of a song you previously recorded you can request it with this service request. The MP3 file will be sent directly to your email address as an attachment. Leave the name of the artist and song that you are requesting and the email address that the MP3 should be sent to.

Cancellation Policy

Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your session start time will cancel your session by default and the deposit is not refundable or transferable to a new appointment. Late arrival comes out of your slot and the session will end as originally scheduled. Failure to reschedule 4 hours prior to your session will result in losing your deposit. 1 reschedule allowed.
