Cancellation Policy

Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your session start time will cancel your session by default and the deposit is not refundable or transferable to a new appointment. Late arrival comes out of your slot and the session will end as originally scheduled. Failure to reschedule 4 hours prior to your session will result in losing your deposit. 1 reschedule allowed.
